My Fundraiser

15 years later: a message from Sarah

This year is the 15th annual Splash and Dash and I am honored that the Montreal community continues to come out to our event every year to show their support for the children and their families battling cancer at the Montreal Children’s Hospital. I cannot express what it means to me to see kids, their families and friends come out together to support the other families being treated on Sarah’s Floor. Splash and Dash is very dear to my family’s heart because it’s a day where a whole family can help raise money and awareness, and can show kids that they can help and give back at a young age.

No family should have to go through this awful disease, but it’s supporters like you that make the difference in the lives of so many children and their families. By supporting Splash and Dash, and Sarah’s fund, you are helping so many people along a difficult journey. You are helping continue a dream that was started over 15 years ago to help families navigate this illness and dream of a better now and tomorrow. With your help we are and will continue to help kids feel like kids, support families, and the nurses, doctors and staff that become part of every patient’s family. Your support has gone above and beyond my original dream of buying new pillows for the patients and beds for the parents, and I can’t express enough what that means to me. From the bottom of my heart I thank you!
